Instructions to Access the Virtual Annual Meeting
- Visit the virtual meeting website.
- From the top-right, click the Log in button.
- A pop-up window will appear, and you will be prompted to enter the email address used to register.
- A one-time login code will be sent to the email address. Navigate to your email inbox to retrieve the one-time code.
- Enter the code in the virtual meeting website.
Note: If you have used the system before, you will be prompted to enter your existing password and will bypass the one-time code steps. - From the log in page, click the Open the event button to access the meeting.
Minimum Device Requirements to Access the Meeting via Swapcard Platform
The Swapcard platform can be accessed using a web browser or our downloadable app. For the best experience, please make sure your system complies with the following requirements:
Using the Web App (On Desktop or Mobile Devices)
We recommend using the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome (and other Chromium-based browsers) or Mozilla Firefox. You can use either a computer or mobile device to access the web app.
Just type app.swapcard.com on your address bar, or click on this link to log in.
It is necessary for cookies to be enabled on your browser, and to disable any VPN or similar services.
Using the Mobile App
Android Requires Android 9.0 and up (we recommend using a newer version, due to possible phone limitations). iOS Requires iOS 16.0 or later to install and run the Swapcard app (or branded event apps). macOS Requires macOS 10.1 or later and a Mac with Apple M1 chip.
How to Clear Cache and Cookies
If you are having trouble accessing a Session video or loading a page on the platform, it is likely due to performance issues related to your browser's cache and cookies. Here are examples of possible situations in which clearing your browser's cache and cookies could resolve the issue:
- A video from a session page is not loading
- Your chat messages are taking a long time to load
- The audio in a 1:1 meeting is not working
The process of clearing cache and cookies differ from browser to browser. Please select the browser that you are currently using from the list below. Reminder that the platform is most compatible with Chrome and Safari.

Domains to Whitelist or Connectivity
If you are on a work network or any network behind a firewall, you may need to speak with your IT department or network administrator to ensure you have the best setup to enjoy Swapcard. When you do, please give them the websites and IP addresses below to whitelist, and the ports to open.
