MindGames, APA's national residency team competition, is a fun way for residents to test their knowledge on patient care, medical knowledge, and psychiatric history while earning bragging rights for their program.
Registration is now open for the 2023 MindGames competition. Teams must be registered by February 3, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. EST. No registrations will be accepted after this time.

|Jan. 16||Registration opens at 12:00 AM ET. Teams must register before completing the exam.

|Feb. 13 - Feb. 24||Teams complete the online qualification exam. Exam opens at 12:00 p.m. EST on February 13. Teams must complete the online qualification exam by 11:59 p.m. EST on February 24. Any scores recorded after the deadline will be disqualified.|
|Mar. 2||3 finalist teams are announced and notified and have 7 days to accept their invitation to the live competition.|
|Mar. 6||The top 10 teams will be announced, with top three teams named as finalists|
|May 21||MindGames finalists compete in a final, Jeopardy-style round live at the APA Annual meeting in San Francisco!|
