Filling the mental health needs of our nation's military servicemembers, veterans, and their families is an extensive and ongoing issue. If untreated, servicemembers and veterans may be at risk of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorders, depression, and suicide. APA continues its efforts to ensure that quality mental health care services are readily available to our veterans.
