Disruption to Telemedicine Services

Effective October 1, 2025, many of the telehealth flexibilities granted during the COVID-19 public health emergency have expired. Congress failed to met the deadline to pass a continuing resolution and along with that, extend many of the vital healthcare flexibilities that have changed the delivery care since the COVID-19 pandemic.
