The APA Annual Meeting will introduce a presentation management system and speaker ready room to facilitate a smoother experience for presenters.
The APA 2025 Orchestrate Website is now open to presenters to submit their presentations for the Annual Meeting. You may submit your PowerPoint and PDF presentation before and during the conference via the internet up until two hours prior to your presentation time.
Speaker Ready Room
If you do not submit your presentation in advance, you are asked to bring it to the Speaker Ready Room on site at the Los Angeles Convention Center room 308AB to ensure the quality of your presentation(s) including fonts, bullets, outlines, animations, etc. The Speaker Ready Room computers are configured with the same hardware and software as those in the presentation rooms. All presenters are asked to submit their final presentation revisions no later than two hours prior to their presentation time. All presenters are encouraged to visit the speaker ready room once onsite in Los Angeles

- Friday, 1:00p.m. – 5:00 pm
- Saturday – Tuesday, 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.
