Export Your Annual Meeting App Data Before August 25
The 2026 APA Annual Meeting may be over, but your personalized meeting information doesn't have to disappear.
If you used the Annual Meeting app to build your schedule, bookmark sessions, or take notes during presentations, be sure to export your information before August 25, 2026. After the app is retired, you may no longer be able to access your saved content.
What You Can Save
Depending on how you used the app, you may be able to export:
- Your personalized schedule
- Bookmarked sessions
- Session notes
- Contacts you saved during the meeting
How to Export Your Schedule
From the Annual Meeting App
- Open the Annual Meeting app.
- Go to the Schedule tab.
- Tap the menu in the upper-right corner.
- Select Export Schedule.
- Enter the email address where you'd like your files sent.
From the Online Planner (Desktop)
If you used the Online Planner on your computer:
- Open the Online Planner and sign in.
- Open the left-side menu.
- Select Download My Schedule.
- Choose ICS Calendar File and save it to your computer.
How to Export Your Notes and Bookmarks
From the Annual Meeting App
Most versions of the app include a Bookmarks | Notes, Favorites, or similarly named section.
- Open the Bookmarks, Favorites, or Notes section.
- Tap Email in the upper-right corner.
- Send the report to yourself for future reference.
Some event organizers may rename or remove this feature, so the exact location may vary.
From the Online Planner
- Sign in to the Online Planner.
- Navigate to the Program tab (this may have a different name depending on the meeting).
- Select Export Notes & Bookmarks.
Your notes and bookmarked sessions will be exported for your records.

While you're preserving your 2026 meeting experience, it's the perfect time to start planning for next year.
