Exhibitor Dashboard
The Exhibitor Dashboard is your ‘one-stop shop’ for accessing pertinent information that will assist you during the planning stages of your participation in the show. Once your booth has been approved, the primary contact will receive an email with login credentials to the Exhibitor Dashboard. Please contact [email protected] for login assistance.
Service Kit
GES is APA’s official show decorator. The Exhibitor Service Kit will be available in February 2024 and will be posted within the Exhibitor Dashboard.
APA requires all exhibitors to either purchase carpet or provide similar floor covering encompassing the entire space of the booth. APA will force carpeting if needed, prior to the opening of the Meeting.
Booth rates do not include Wi-Fi, electricity, furnishings, or lead retrieval. Refer to the Exhibitor Service Kit for ordering information.
New York Labor Laws
Make sure to review the NY and Javits labor laws and guidelines included in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
Certificate of Insurance (COI)
All Exhibitors are required to submit a COI by either emailing a copy to [email protected] or by uploading a copy to the Exhibitor Dashboard.
