The Adolf Meyer Award, established in 1957, honors an individual for lifetime achievement in psychiatric research. The accompanying Adolf Meyer Award Lecture advances psychiatric research by enabling psychiatrists and other conference attendees to hear and interact with outstanding research scientists. Researchers in the U.S. and abroad may be nominated for this award.

Nomination / Application Details
The APA's President will identify the nominee based on the above mentioned criteria.
The awardee will be notified by January of the following year.
