Popular sessions can fill to capacity at the Annual Meeting. Selected sessions will broadcast audio and slides to an overflow room in West Hall B. Find out which sessions are currently available in the venue’s overflow rooms in the APA Meetings App. - Shuttle Schedule
A 2025 meeting badge is required to ride to on the courtesy shuttle bus. The Los Angeles Convention Center will serve as the hub for all shuttle bus routes. Stop by the Exhibit Hall to engage with more than 200 exhibitors showcasing products and services, check out the Career Expo, APA Central, and the APA Bookstore. At 10:30 a.m. PT, APA 2025 attendees will hear from one of the most successful female athletes of all time: tennis legend, entrepreneur, and mental health advocate Venus Williams.

Exploring the Mental Health Toll of the L.A. Wildfires
In the wake of wildfires that tore through Los Angeles communities earlier this year, a session today will be devoted to understanding the mental health impact of climate-driven disasters and how psychiatrists can prepare.
