  • Mental Health Financing in the United States: A Primer. From the Kaiser Family Foundation under Medicaid and the Uninsured.   • NACHC report raises concerns about access. The National Association of Community Health Centers report,Access Endangered: Profiles of the Medically Disenfranchised. Issued in conjunction with National Health Center Week, the report finds that a growing number of Americans--including middle class families--are turning to Community Health Centers. One reason: An estimated 60 million Americans--many of whom have health insurance--lack access to primary care because of a shortage of providers.
