Please review the Exhibitor Prospectus and Floor Plan carefully before submitting your request. The deadline has passed for your company to be listed in the APA Meetings Guide, but there will be an addendum available onsite for attendees to receive a listing of exhibitors that came after the deadline date for printing. Please email (apaexhibits@psych.org) or fax (703-907-1097) the Exhibitor Contract/Application to expedite the process.

VIRTUAL REGISTRATION BAG
The Virtual Registration Bag allows exhibitors, retail, and service providers the opportunity to submit PDF materials for upload online to APA attendees prior to the meeting. This service also reduces copying and shipping. The cost is $500 per document. Contact Linda Bueno at lbueno@psych.org for more information.
NEW FOR 2013 - RESERVE YOUR exhibit SPACE NOW!
To assist with your future plans to exhibit at the APA, we are pleased to offer you the opportunity to reserve exhibit space early for next year’s program at the 2013 Annual Meeting in San Francisco, CA.The exhibits program will take place at Moscone Center from May 19-21, 2013, (with the Publisher’s Book Fair, Career Fair and International Pavilion starting on May 18, one additional exhibit day) and the commercial and educational exhibits starting Sunday, May 19. To take advantage of this offer, please email (apaexhibits@psych.org) or fax (703-907-1097) the reservation request to Vernetta Copeland to reserve a date/time to select your 2013 space. Review the Reservation Request Form and Information for more details. Please note that changes may take place in the layout of the exhibit hall that may affect your exact location, but exhibitors will be notified of modificaitions.
