Corresponding members are welcome to attend the September Committee Meetings; however, you are not authorized, by APA, to receive travel and hotel reimbursement.  The room rate for 2010 at the Sheraton National Hotel in Arlington is $199.00 per night.
                
Housing
The official hotel for the September Committee Meetings is the Sheraton National Hotel.  When making housing arrangements, you will be required to enter credit card information on the form, as well as present a credit card at check-in.

IMPORTANT CANCELLATION INFORMATION: 
If you are not able to attend the meeting after you have made your reservations, you must go online and cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to your check-in, otherwise your credit card will be charged for the first night.
